Seasonal plantings....

I had no idea what to do with this section of my yard. Luckily, we found the blue salvia plants for a quarter each at Lowe's one Saturday. I scooped up $10 worth & got busy planting them! They'll die out come winter, but they'll work for this season. I added the zinnias because I know they will fill in the area & continue to bloom until October or November. I have to figure out a more permanent next year, but for now...I'm just going to enjoy the color! I'll be pretty happy when the plants reach their full potential in this particular area of my yard. It will be lovely!
